Lisa Marie Presley has been rushed to a hospital after EMTs responded to her home for a possible cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Lisa Marie tell TMZ ... paramedics performed CPR Thursday at her house in Calabasas before rushing to a hospital. We're also told they were able to regain a pulse before she was transported.

It's unclear what her condition is at this point, but we know she's getting treatment in a hospital.

Lisa Marie, daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, was just at the Golden Globe Awards on Tuesday night in Beverly Hills. She and her mother were on hand to see Austin Butler win a Globe for his portrayal of the King of Rock n' Roll in the film "Elvis."

The 54-year-old singer and songwriter has 3 children, including actress Riley Keough.

She owned and operated the immensely lucrative Elvis Presley Enterprises until 2005, when she sold off all of the business. LMP is still the owner of Graceland, Elvis' famed Memphis estate.

1:43 PM PT -- A source with direct knowledge tells us it was Lisa Marie's housekeeper who found her unresponsive in her bedroom. At about the same time, Lisa's ex-husband, Danny Keough, got home from taking the kids to school and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. Danny and Lisa have been living together for quite some time now.
1:19 PM PT -- Priscilla just arrived to the hospital to be by her daughter's side.

Priscilla Presley confirmed her daughter's death on Thursday evening

Lisa Marie Presley, singer-songwriter and daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, has died. She was 54.

"It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us," Priscilla confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE Thursday evening.

"She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment."


On Thursday morning, Presley was rushed to the hospital for a possible cardiac arrest. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed to PEOPLE that paramedics responded to the 5900 block of Normandy drive in Calabasas to treat a woman in her 50s who was not breathing. When they arrived, the paramedics began CPR and, upon noting the patient had "signs of life," transferred the woman to a local hospital for "immediate medical care."

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department confirmed to PEOPLE that the unit was dispatched to the address for a cardiac arrest call.

Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood has taken custody of the 14-year-old twins he shares with Elvis’ only child hours after her tragic death, RadarOnline.com has learned.

On Thursday, Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California. She was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead hours later. Lisa’s ex-husband Danny Keough had been living with her and unsuccessfully attempted to help her before emergency responders arrived.

It’s unclear if Lisa Marie’s 14-year-old twins Harper and Finley were home at the time. Hours after Lisa Marie's family announced her death, her ex-husband released a statement revealing the children are currently with him.

His lawyer, Joe Yanny, said, “Michael had been hoping for a speedy and complete recovery because her children needed her. It is very sad it didn't turn out that way. Michael's world has been turned on its ear, he is with both of his daughters now.”

The lawyer said Michael had been praying for Priscilla Presley and the rest of the family.

Elvis Presley's iconic Memphis, Tenn. mansion, Graceland, will stay in the Presley family.


Following the death of Lisa Marie Presley on Thursday, the property, which is in a trust, will benefit Lisa Marie's three daughters, Riley, Harper and Finley, a representative for Graceland confirms to PEOPLE.

The King of Rock and Roll's former home was passed down to his only daughter, Lisa Marie, after he died in 1977. It is now open for a variety of tours and overnight stays.

Lisa Marie had two children from her marriage to Danny Keough: Riley, 33, and Benjamin, who died by suicide at age 27 in July 2020. She married Michael Lockwood in 2006 with whom she had her now 14-year-old twin daughters, Harper and Finley. Presley and Lockwood split in 2016 and their divorce was finalized in 2021.

According to the official website of Graceland, the estate was left to Lisa Marie in trust when she was only nine years old, and the trust officially dissolved upon her 25th birthday in 1993 giving her full ownership of the home. She then formed The Elvis Presley Trust to manage the property alongside her mother, Priscilla Presley, and the National Bank of Commerce.


On Thursday, Jan. 12, Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital for a possible cardiac arrest and died later that day at 54 years old. Priscilla confirmed her daughter's death with PEOPLE.


"It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us," Priscilla said in a statement to PEOPLE Thursday evening.


"She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment."

On Friday, it was confirmed that she would be laid to rest at Graceland's Meditation Garden next to her son Benjamin.

"Lisa Marie's final resting place will be at Graceland, next to her beloved son Ben," a statement from her daughter Riley Keough's rep to PEOPLE read.


It is also the final resting place of Elvis, Elvis' mother Gladys Presley, Elvis' father Vernon Presley and Elvis' grandmother Minnie Mae Presley.

Lisa Marie Presley's twins are deeply traumatized by the sudden death of their mom and will not return to the house where she went into full cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... 14-year-old Finley and Harper have spent a lot of time at Priscilla Presley's home in L.A. since Lisa's death. We're told their older sister, Riley Keough, has been there as well ... and everyone is relying on each other for support.

Our sources say Michael Lockwood, the girls' father, has also been central in making sure their needs are being taken care of during an impossibly difficult time.

Lisa Marie's son, Benjamin, took his own life back in 2020 ... and less than a year later, Lisa Marie sold the home where the incident occurred. It was just too traumatic for her and the family.


TMZ broke the story, Lisa Marie's housekeeper discovered her in full cardiac arrest Thursday morning just as Danny Keough -- Lisa Marie's ex who was living with her -- got home from dropping the twins off at school.

Keough immediately started CPR, and paramedics were able to get a pulse before transport, but Lisa Marie later died at the hospital.

The L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office is waiting on the results of a toxicology report before determining an official cause of death.

Days after Lisa Marie died at the age of 54 on Thursday, the musician, 73, reflected on working with the late singer-songwriter while chatting with PEOPLE at the Music Center in Los Angeles for an event honoring Jerry Moss on Saturday evening.

"I clearly remember the day we were in the studio together doing a duet with her father, 'Don't Cry Daddy,' which was kind of profound in its own way, that she would be singing a duet with her father," Foster says. "She just was a hard worker and infectious and fun and irreverent."

Noting that he "actually liked her music — I thought her music was cool," the Grammy Award winner continues, "I don't know how to make that kind of music, but she loved that music, and she made us love it too. So I appreciated her as an artist."

Adds Foster: "It's a hell of a burden to carry around, to be Elvis' daughter, and I think she wore it really well. I mean, obviously, the struggles that she had are well documented, but who knows what it was like to walk in her shoes? ... She was iconic in her own right."

Foster previously had a relationship with Lisa Marie's father's ex, Linda Thompson, who dated "The King" from 1972 to 1976. Foster and Thompson, 72, meanwhile, were married from 1991 to 2005. (The duo co-wrote Whitney Houston's The Bodyguard hit, "I Have Nothing," which was nominated for Best Original Song at the Academy Awards.)

Graceland to go to Lisa Marie Presley’s daughters


With the shocking, untimely news of Lisa Marie Presley’s death, people have come to realize just how much of the King of Rock and Roll’s estate was under her ownership.

Lisa Marie was the sole owner of the Graceland mansion, which includes the original 13-acre grounds and thousands of Elvis’s personal effects such as clothes, furniture, cars, and awards.

With her passing, what is to become of this estate from an ownership perspective?

A spokesperson for Graceland told us briefly that ”the mansion is in a trust that will go to the benefit of her children.”

Those children are Lisa Marie’s three daughters Riley, Harper, and Finley.

“Elvis’s daughter... he loved her like she was a princess,” said Memphian Elias Savage outside the gates of Graceland.

The gate was open at Graceland on Friday, like it always is for busloads of tourists to come and soak in rock and roll history, but it tourists approached the estate with a more somber, reverent mindset.


Some fans stopped to place flowers near the gate in honor of Lisa Marie, like Cory Barrows.

“Deep sadness,” she said. “I just feel like it’s a big hit for the family and to Memphis as a whole, too.”

Graceland is one of the main tourist attractions of the Mid-South, with roughly half-a-million visitors coming to Memphis every year to tour the home.

It’s one of the most visited home museums in the country.

Barrows and Savage both hope that an ownership change will be the only change at Graceland, and that operations continue on the grounds as they always have so that everyone can continue to have a connection, in some small way, to music royalty.

“Graceland is Memphis,” Savage said. “You think about Memphis, and you think about Elvis and Graceland.”

“It’s arguably, I think, maybe the first thing people think of when they think of Memphis,” Barrows said. “It’s definitely a big part of the Memphis community.”

Next to Graceland in the Meditation Garden, Lisa Marie will be laid to rest next to her late son Benjamin and, of course, her father Elvis.

DEATH OPENS POSSIBILITY OF CUSTODY BATTLE FOR TWIN DAUGHTERS

Lisa Marie Presley's death has not only devastated her family, but it's left a big question as to who will get full custody of her twin daughters ... with the makings of a potential legal war.

Sources connected to the Presley family tell us Michael Lockwood -- the father of 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper -- will absolutely go to court to get full custody of his daughters. As one source connected to Lockwood tells us, "It'll be a cold day in hell before he gives up custody of those children."

At the time of Lisa Marie's death, she had 60% custody of their twins ... he had 40%. Under California law, Lockwood would ordinarily get full custody, unless a judge determines he's not a fit parent.

Now here's the rub. Our sources say Danny Keough, Lisa Marie's ex who was living with her and the twins at the time of her death, sees himself as the stepfather of the kids. There's a ton of bad blood between Keough and Lockwood, and there are rumblings within the family he might fight to get custody of the kids.

Some members of the family have not discounted the possibility Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie and Danny, would also make a case for custody. And, there's talk Priscilla Presley might do the same. We do not know if either will actually make a move in court.

Lisa Marie Presley’s family reportedly signed a do-not-resuscitate order before the singer died following a second cardiac arrest at the hospital.

Sources had previously Page Six that the singer was pronounced brain dead after she was rushed to the hospital Thursday, prompting doctors to put her into a medically-induced coma.

Benjamin Keough’s Graceland grave is being moved to make room for mother Lisa Marie Presley’s body, multiple estate staffers confirm to Page Six.

“They are moving the grave of Benjamin to make room for Lisa in the cemetery behind the house,” an insider exclusively tells us.

Presley’s rep also confirmed to us Thursday the grave is being “slightly” moved.

The family’s tombs are all located around the Memphis, Tenn., mansion’s famous backyard fountain.

Work on the memorial site began Tuesday, according to the outlet, but there are other changes expected ahead of Sunday’s public celebration of life that will honor Presley.

The daughter of music icon Elvis Presley died Jan. 12 at the age of 54 after suffering cardiac arrest in her California home. She had been rushed to West Hills Hospital and Medical Center and placed on life support, but she was taken off after her family signed a do-not-resuscitate order.

That night, Lisa Marie’s 77-year-old mother, Priscilla Presley, announced “with a heavy heart” the “devastating news” that her “beautiful daughter” had passed away.


“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known,” the Presley matriarch said in a statement, mere days after she attended the 2023 Golden Globes with Lisa Marie.

A rep for the deceased star’s daughter Riley Keough previously told Page Six that the actress, her grandmother Priscilla and her half-siblings are “grateful for the support, well-wishes and outpouring of love honoring” her mom.
